What Kind of Items Do You Sell?We carry a rotating selection of secondhand, vintage, and one-off pieces — think consistent quality, supplied inconsistently.

When Do New Items Drop?There’s no set schedule. We drop pieces when we’ve got something good — follow us on Instagram or sign up for alerts.

How Do I Place an Order?Once you find something you love, just click Add to Cart and head to Checkout. Since every piece is one-of-a-kind, we recommend moving quickly — items aren’t reserved until your order is complete. Once you’ve checked out, you’ll get a confirmation email, and we’ll start prepping your order to ship.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order?Because most items are one-of-a-kind and ship quickly, we can’t guarantee cancellations or changes after an order is placed. If you reach out before your order ships, we’ll do our best to help — but once it’s out the door, it’s final.

Where Do You Ship?We currently ship within the U.S. only. If you’re international and see something you love, feel free to reach out — we might be able to make it work on a case-by-case basis.

How Much is Shipping?Shipping is based on the weight of your order and calculated at checkout. We don’t inflate shipping costs — you’re paying what it takes to get your item to you, safely and fairly.

When Will My Order Ship?Orders are packed and shipped within 3 business days of purchase. Once your order is on its way, you’ll get a tracking number via email so you can follow along.

Can I Pick Up My Order Instead?Not at this time — but maybe one day.

Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?Because each item is one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. We do our best to list every detail clearly, including measurements and any flaws. If something arrives damaged or wildly not as described, email us and we’ll make it right.

How Long Does Delivery Take?Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipping. Timing depends on your location and carrier speed.

What If My Package is Lost or Damaged?If your item arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, get in touch and we’ll do our best to make it right. Every package includes tracking, so you’ll always know where things stand.

Can I Combine Multiple Order to Save on Shipping?If you place multiple orders back-to-back and want to combine them, email us ASAP — we’ll do our best to catch it before anything ships out.

Are All Items Secondhand?Yep! Everything in the shop is secondhand, vintage, or pre-owned. We love giving great pieces a second life — it’s part of the charm.

What Condition Are the Items In?All items are pre-owned, which means gentle signs of wear are possible. We hand-inspect every piece and call out any notable flaws in the listing so you know what you're getting. If it’s not something we’d personally stand behind, it doesn’t make the cut.

What Does 'Inconsistent' Supply Mean?It means we don’t drop new items on a set schedule. We add pieces when we’ve got something worth sharing — no filler, no fluff. Want a heads-up? Sign up for alerts or follow us on IG so you don’t miss the next drop.

How Does Sizing Work?Since we stock a mix of vintage and modern pieces, sizing can vary — a tagged “Medium” from 1992 might fit more like a Small today. That’s why we include flat measurements in every listing. We recommend comparing those to something you already own for best fit. Still unsure?
